Columbia Court Townhomes
Columbia Court Townhomes centered around redeveloping an outdated office building into a multi-family residential program. Through careful planning that leveraged the site's topography, we were able to situate 19 townhomes on site while maximizing green space and pedestrian access to the new light rail station. Our client used this site design and submittal package to the City of Bellevue to market the site for sale at a significantly higher price than previously valued.
